Spring? Can you hear me?

The minute I heard 60 degrees and sunny this weekend I almost did a full blown sprint…which in actual terms looks more like an awkward power walk to my closet to bust out shorts, tank, sandals, and all things summer.  In reality 60 degrees is no where near how I thought it would feel.  It is the type of weather that makes you go in and out of the house a couple times debating, “Do I bring a jacket?” “But I don’t want to hold it if I take it off while I’m out?” “But what if I have to be outside for more than 5 minutes waiting for my Uber driver?” In these moments I do reflect on how ridiculous I probably look going in and out of the house. To avoid these awkward moments I wanted to do a post on outfits and styles that are just spring enough, but you will still feel comfortable in the transitioning of weather temps.

My first look is casual with a bit of glitz for a low key evening like trivia night or a day trip.  Ever since I heard that song “Baby, you a song you make we want to roll my windows down and cruuuiiiiseee…” I have been going through a bit of a country phase.  Having a balance of shortsleeves and boots is a look that goes great if the sun is shining and it is a bit warm, but there is still a chill in the air.  Also, throwing on a casual knit sweater can complete this look for full comfort! I wanted to highlight the amazing purse that I was able to find on sale from Nordstrom Rack marked down from $150 to $25 from their Black Friday sales…definetely check them out!

Now onto look number two is great for a casual Friday office outfit.  Lavendar can pair great with crisp white accents or black as well for a transitional look from day to night!  The bell sleeved top featured below is from the H&M outlet for only $17! This top also came in numerous colors and has such a great lightweight feel!

Last look is for a night on the town with a sheer high low floral top from TJ Maxx for under $20!  Does that mean I can call myself a Maxxanista?  I sure hope so!  Also, with a little bit of a peep toe on the heels lets you show off that pedicure without your feet freezing.
